Can A Friction Sway Control Tab Be Added To An Aluminum Ball Mount

I love using my 2.5inch adjustable ball mount that I purchased from you. It is the 6inch E-Flash. My F350 has plenty of capacity that I dont need to use a weight distribution hitch but I would like the to use the curt sway control arm that came the kit I bought from you. Is there a way to add an arm to my E-flash ball mount that I can use my curt sway arm? I have a steel weight distribution hitch that I bought for my 1/2 ton truck for a 2inch hitch, but I find that when I use it in my 2.5inch Ford hitch with the adapter there is to much play in that connection that it appears the sway control isnt helping at all. What do you suggest.

I do have an option but adding a sway control tab or bracket to an aluminum ball mount such as the Fastway Flash Ball Mount won't be possible due to both design and material construction. That said, if you are having issues with trailer sway I have an even better option than friction sway control since you won't have to worry about setup each time and that is with an electric sway control device, the Sway Command Electronic Sway Control System for Electric Trailer Brakes part # LC380605 which I highly recommend.
