Recommendation for Improving Suspension on 2018 Grand Design Imagine 2670MK
Question:
If doing a shock suspension upgrade like the Roadmaster Comfort Ride, would it make any sense or difference to also upgrade the equalizer to something like the Road Armor equalizer? The equalizer is supposed to absorb shock...like the shock absorbers would. Thank you!

When using the Roadmaster Comfort Ride System # RM-2450, the shocks will assist much better than a cushioned equalizer at absorbing road shock if you were only to use one system. The combination of the Roadmaster Comfort system with the Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit - Tandem Axle - Qty 2 # LC696740 will definitely increase the benefit by further absorbing shock and specifically reduce the chucking you may feel when pulling the trailer. I've attached a video that explains this and actually has a trailer where both of these components are being utilized together compared to having neither installed.
