There isn't a way to convert a 2-bike Ridgeback to a 4-bike rack so your best option would be going with the 4-bike rack part # Y02458 instead.

Yakima does not manufacturer the Upper Arms for the Ridgeback 4 Bike Rack #Y02458 as a replacement part, so you will not be able to convert your 2 Bike Rack #Y02457. You will need to get a separate rack to be able to carry 4 bikes.
