Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver and Weight Distribution System for 2007 Toyota Sienna an Pop-Up
Question:
Hey guys! Our family just bought a 2000 Fleetwood Coleman pop up grand tour/destiny series. I almost had a blow out pulling it home with out Toyota Tacoma as the sway was incredibly out of control and dangerous. We will be traveling cross country with our new toy and will need it attached to our 2007 Toyota Sienna minivan. What advice can you recommend for a hitch and/or weight distribution set-up? For your 2007 Toyota Sienna, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75237 is my recommendation. Then if you don't have the wiring and brake controller, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118304, the # ETBC7L and Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180.
Then I recommend the Strait-Line Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - No Shank - Trunnion Bar - 10K GTW, 600 lbs TW # RP66072 along with shank # C17100. Then use hitch ball # A-90 for 2 inch ball or # 19286 for 2-5/16.
