Will Replacement B&W Companion Fixed Base Fit 2020 Chevy Silverado 3500 Short Bed Pucks
Question:
Is it necessary to have the slider base used in the standard box? I currently use the GNRK1067 and RVK3500 in my 2007 Chevy 2500HD standard box pulling a Bigorn fifth wheel non-slider in short box. I am buying a 2020 Chevy 3500HD Crew Cab short box with factory puck system.

It is not necessary to use the Replacement Slider Base for B&W Companion # BWRVB3775 in the short/standard bed of your 2020 Chevy Silverado 3500 with the factory puck system. The puck spacing is the same between the short bed and the long bed so you can simply purchase the fixed (non-sliding) base and you'll be set.
For the fixed base that fits a 2020 Silverado 3500 with the factory pucks the correct part is the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC # BWRVB3710.
