Stabilizing Strap for Platform Bike Rack

Hi, Do you still carry the tie down for a hitch platform bike rack that lessens the pressure on the tow hitch tongue weight? I was looking for it and not seem to see the part number.

I believe what you're looking for is the Curt Hitch Mounted Accessory Stabilizing Strap, part # 18050. I've linked to a video showing how the strap is used.
Even though you're planning on using a strap, be sure that the combined weight of your bikes and the bike rack doesn't exceed the tongue weight capacity of the # C13204 Curt Class III hitch, which is 525 lbs.
