Which exact Baja model do you have?
According to specs found online, the Jayco Baja 12E has a GVWR just north of 3000 lbs, which means it should use a hub with a 10 inch inside diameter. Please measure the inside diameter of your brake drums to confirm. I've provided a photo showing where to measure.
If you find that you do indeed have a 7 inch ID drum, the # 23-47-48 brake assemblies you mentioned would work perfectly. If you have a 10 inch ID drum, use # 23-26-27.
