How Many Magnets Are Included with the Replacement Magnet Kit for 10" Electric Brakes
Question:
Does the # AKBRKR-M10 kit come with one magnet or two? Also the drums are looking pretty grooved where the magnet connect to the drum. Does this need to be replaced / resurfaced?

The Replacement Magnet Kit for 10" Electric Trailer Brake Assemblies part # AKBRKR-M10 only comes with one magnet. Therefore, you will need to order a quantity of two per axle. However, it looks like you have a round magnet not an oval one like the above. Therefore, in order to replace just the magnet we have part # BP01-068 for 7" x 1-1/4" and 10" x 1-1/2" braking assemblies.
In regards to the wear on the inside face of your drum, this is not really something that can be resurfaced so you might want to consider a new hub/drum assembly as well. In order to offer a replacement option for you I would need to know the dimensions of your current hub/drum (inside contact surface only), bolt pattern, and what bearings/seals it uses.
