Will Thule Hullavator Work On Rhino-Rack Pioneer for 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser

I am interested in purchasing the Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform for my FJ Cruiser. I have two 12.5ft Kayaks at 77lbs and 35” wide each and this appears to be a great platform for them. That said, if I purchase the side rails is it possible to attach longer crossbars than than the Pioneer accessory crossbars, say Rhino Vortex HD bars? I would like to use Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak mounts, but they require 4-8” of overhang from the foot of the crossbars to function correctly?

The correct Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack for a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser (Bare Roof Models Only) is part # RR75TB along with the required Backbone Mounting System # RRRFJB1.
The platform can indeed be used for carrying kayaks. That said, the Thule Hullavator would not be an option since you cannot install standard crossbars on top of the tray, only the Rhino-Rack Accessory Bars part # RR43138B. That said, you could add the Roller Accessory part # RR43131 for load assist. The etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier part # e98878 is what I recommend to secure the kayaks.
