Can I Use The Thule Passage 3 # TH911XT On My 2019 GMC Terrain To Haul My Ebike?

Hi, Please let me know if I can use this product with 2019 GMC Terrain SUV. Im actually planning to use it for my single Electric bike weighing at 62 lbs. Got to pick the 3 bike rack to support the weight of a single electric bike, Thanks,

There are options for getting your 62 lb ebike to the trails using your 2019 GMC Terrain, but a trunk mounted rack like the Thule Passage 3 # TH911XT is not the answer. Even though it has a capacity of 105 lbs, it still isn't recommended using a trunk mounted rack for hauling an electric bike as the capacity is for all 3 bikes loaded up and not just one bike. E-bikes need a platform style rack to be hauled. Your best option is to get a hitch like the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Hitch Receiver # 76419 on your 2019 GMC Terrain. Then you can get a bike rack like the Swagman E-Spec # S94FR.

I've included some videos for you to check out. Since a trunk mounted rack isn't an option for your ebike and if you're not wanting to get a hitch, there isn't much other options out there for you.
