Why Wouldnt Jensen RV Stereo have AM Station Reception

Does this radio just not receive AM stations? Our old one that was replaced under warranty didn’t either

Do you have an antenna plugged into the rear of the stereo? It sounds like your RV doesn't have an antenna so you'd also want the part # JAN139 so that you'd have the reception you are looking for.
