The Curt # 13344 Class III hitch is a fit for 2000's era GM minivans, and wouldn't fit your Vue. This being said, we do indeed have hitch and trailer wiring harness fits for your 2006 Saturn Vue.
For a hitch, I'd recommend the Curt # 13591. If you click the provided link, you can see an install video showing this hitch being installed on a 2006 Vue like yours. For a trailer wiring harness, use # 118418. See the linked video for installation details. You'll also need a ball mount and a trailer ball. For a ball mount, use part # D-28 and # PC3 for a hitch pin. For a 1-7/8 inch ball, use # 19260 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
I think I know what led to your difficulty finding fits. In our fitguide, after choosing the model year, you need to click the 'see more' option to see another vehicle make listing which includes Saturn vehicles. This is done because it's been a few years since Saturn went out of business.
