how hard is it to install a wiring harness for this vehicle , also what is your return policy

Expert Reply:
If you have a factory tow package on your 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, installation is a simple quick connect into the existing wiring using something like the # C55381 or # 20135 depending on whether you want a 7 or 4 way pole connector.
If you do not have a factory tow package, I recommend the # C55369 which can be connected into your vehicle's brake lights in the rear cargo area. See link below for installation video.
We have several hitch options if you do not already have one. I recommend the # 75139.
