Fixed B and W Companion Hitch and Rail Kit for 2020 Ford F-350
Question:
I presently use a BandW Patriot slider hitch on my 2000 Ford F250 short bed Super Duty to tow my 2019 Arctic Fox 27-5L. It has enough clearance that I have never needed the slide function. Now I have upgraded to a 2020 Ford F350 short bed and will upgrade to a BandW Companion Goose Neck mount. Can I assume that the clearances will be the same and so I can save the cost of the slider?

Since you didn't end up needing the slider function of your Patriot hitch you can use a fixed hitch with your new truck and not have to spend more for the slider, deal with the extra weight, and also not have to deal with the added movement associated with a function you don't need.
So you could use the Companion Fixed Hitch part # BWRVK3500 you referenced and would just need the rail kit part # BWGNRK1116 to install it in your truck and you'd be set.
