To add in-bed wiring for your truck bed camper I would need to know what type of connector the camper requires. A lot of campers have unique wiring connectors but I can tell you how to get some wiring in the bed and add a 7-Way blade style connector.
You will start by installing a 4-Way (unless the truck already has one) at the back of the vehicle. Use # C55317 that you have referenced. Then you will need to install # ETBC7 which will provide a 7-Way and 4-Way at the back of the truck. I have linked an FAQ and video that will help with this installation.
Once the ETBC7 is installed you can then use # 20027.
If you do not need a 7-Way and just need the basic light functions then you can leave the 4-Way and not install the ETBC7. Instead you would use a 4-Way extension like # 18045.
