What Does 3 inch Bracket Height Restriction of Torflex Lift Kit Refer To

What exactly is the note talking about that kit will not work with 3 inch bracket? Looked at your QandA for that question but still not clear which bracket?

You'd have to measure the height of the brackets that your current axles are attached. The Torflex Lift Kit # K71-725-02 can't attach to brackets that are taller than 3 inches.

Can I get the hole dimension layout for the K71-725-02 lift kit spacers? Trying to figure out why they won't work with brackets over 3 inches.

The holes are spaced 9-1/2" apart and 9" apart as you can see in the linked answer page. I've reached out to Dexter Axle about this note (that comes directly from them) but I'm still waiting on a response from them.

The bolt hole spacing on the Torflex Lift Kit #K71-725-02 is 9 inches on center, and 9-1/2' on center. I have attached a photo with these dimensions, as well as a review video for you to check out.

I sent your axle info to Dexter and they were able to determine that you have a set of 7k Dexter Torflex axles so the correct lift you need is the part #K71-725-02 which will give you a lift of 3-1/8 inches.

I have found a solution for you. The Dexter Torflex Lift Kit for Tandem Axle, #K71-725-02, will give you 3-1/8 inches of lift. This lift kit raises the frame of the trailer and is compatible with side-mounted 5,500 -7,000 lbs #12 Torflex axles.
