We have a Grand Design Imagine 3170BD with a 92-inch bumper, and were interested in the Item # MNT74FR Mount-n-Lock Heavy-Haulr RV Bumper Replacement Kit - Aluminum - 5-5/16inch - 600 lbs. In addition to along with Item # MNT64FR Mount-n-Lock GennyGo Generator and Cargo Carrier for RV Bumpers - Aluminum/Steel - 400 lbs. So the questions being and I apologize in advance for my ignorance, would we need any other hardware? Do you know of anyone in East Tennessee or North Georgia that could install something like this? To be perfectly honest with you, I'm a firm believer in overkill. Choosing a piece of equipment that has a higher capacity than you actually need means you can install it and move forward without second guessing if your setup is strong enough.

Other than having something fabricated, the # MNT74FR bumper is one of the few options if your RV either doesn't have a bumper or if it has an aluminum or spot welded tubular bumper that can be damaged by heavier cargo. The # MNT64FR GennyGo generator carry is specifically designed to work with the bumper, and features an almost infinite number of options to easily mount your generator to it.
