Does the Area Where the Jaws on a Fifth Wheel Hitch Wrap Around the King Pin Need to be Lubricated?

Do you have to grease the Jaw on a 5th wheel hitch where it wraps around the pin? If so what kind of grease?

A light coating of all purpose grease, such as the LubriMatic Multi-Purpose Lithium Grease, part number L11316 would work fine. This will help reduce any metal to metal squeaking and wear.
