Dimensions of Crossbars for Malone TopTier Load Bar Kit for Utility Trailers
Question:
First, our site is amazing, and way more informative than Malones. However, one customer service rep said the width of the cross bar was 65, yet another customer service rep said they measured and theyre 78 wide I also found both in writing on your website. So...which is it?

The crossbars that come with the Malone TopTier Load Bar Kit for Utility Trailers # MPG493 measure 78" long. It looks like there was an update sent in between the time that those pages were made so it's possible that the bars used to be 65". As of July 2020 the bars are 78" and we'll get that other page updated to reflect this.
