Brake Controller Installation on 2015 Toyota Tundra
Question:
my 2015 Toyota tundra has no tow/haul button will it still have the plug-in under the dash for electric trailer brake

All models of the 2015 Toyota Tundra will have the brake controller connector located behind the panel just to the right of the ignition as shown in the provided video.
For a Tekonsha brake controller, use the # 3031-P wiring harness. If you don't yet have a brake controller, I'd recommend the Tekonsha Primus, part # TK90160. The Primus is a proportional controller that will provide smooth, safe and predictable braking. A proportional controller will sense how quickly the tow vehicle is braking, and will send the proper amount of voltage to the trailer brakes so that the tow vehicle and trailer brake at the same rate.
The linked video shows a different controller being installed, but the procedure for the Primus I recommended would be the same.
