Recommended Locking Hitch Pin for Toyota Factory Hitch on 2019 Toyota Tacoma
Question:
span of 2.75 inches is not long enough for my toyota tacoma

I've actually seen this before with another one of our customers and we found out that apparently the factory hitches that Toyota uses on their trucks and SUVs are a bit thicker than many of the aftermarket options. Instead of the # BX8858 you'll want to use the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock - Extra Long - Flush Design for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches # e98881. This locking hitch pin has the same 5/8" pin diameter, but is a bit longer with a 3-5/8" inside span that will fit your 2019 Toyota Tacoma.
