How Should Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks be Mounted to a Trailer
Question:
I ordered two sets of UF#48-979031 30inch jacks for use on my 24foot class Fleetwood motor home. They will be used for stabilizing the unit not leveling. Do you have a recommendation for mounting hardware? Or is there a web page with instructions for mounting?

Since there is no specific hardware kit for the scissor jacks, # UF48-979031, I recommend going with the largest bolts that will fit, grade 5 or higher, if you will be bolting the jacks on. They can also be welded on, which will be the strongest option. Welding should be performed by a qualified professional.
There are no specific instructions because each trailer will be different. Of course you will want the end for the handle to point out so you can access it. Other than that there are no specifics.
