Running a 205x75x14 was going with 15” wheels wil a 195 x65x15 work or ?

The 195x65x15 are going to be 25" while the 205x75x14 is going to be 26" so yes there will be no issues using the smaller tire in it's place. Just be sure it is rated for the weight you want to carry.

I would try to recommend one but I have nothing in that size. If you're looking for an upgrade the Westlake ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Silver Mod Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # LHAW121 is a great option. It is very close in size at 27.1" in diameter, so you need to be sure you have that clearance you'll need for suspension travel.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
