Recommended Trailer Hitch and Trailer Wiring Harness for 2014 Subaru Outback

NEED TO ORDER TRAILER HITCH PART#75673 FOR A SUBARU OUTBACK 2014 NEED TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF HARNESS DO I NEED TO PURCHASE FOR IT OR DOES IT COME WITH IT ALSO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE PRICE ON SHIPPING FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING.

Although the Draw-Tite # 75673 is certainly a fit, you might also consider the Curt # C13410. Both are class III hitches, but when installed the Curt hitch is mostly concealed behind the bumper, as opposed to the Draw-Tite which is fully visible. This adds some complexity to the installation for sure, but once installed it looks much better.
For a trailer wiring harness, use the # 118467 from Tekonsha. A ball mount like # D-4, Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3, and a trailer ball ( # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch) will also be needed.
