I'd be happy to confirm the parts you mentioned for your 2018 Honda Fit in order to flat tow it:

- Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521571-5

- Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-676

- Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-152

- Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25
This can be used if you do not want to pull fuses and use the Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass Switch # RM76512 and # RM76511. If your motorhome does not have a charge line you will also need the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Motorhomes # RM-156-75.

- Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System # BLU37TR will NOT work with the Honda Fit due to its floor plan so you will need the Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Supplemental Braking System # RM-9400
The Brake-Light Relay comes with Even Brake so is not required separately.

- Roadmaster High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars # RM-070
This depends on where you measured the height of the RV's hitch. You need a high-low adapter if the difference is more than 3 inches. So if you measured from the ground to the TOP of your motorhome's hitch and it was 17 inches you would NOT need the adapter. If you measured from the ground to the BOTTOM of your motorhome's hitch you would need to add an additional 2 inches (to take into account the hitch opening) and you WOULD need the adapter.

In regards to the trailer hitch receiver, you are correct that the right option for your 2018 Honda Fit is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24920.
