The E-Spec can haul bikes up to 70 lbs, can accommodate bikes with tires up to 5" wide when you obtain the Fat Tire Adapter Kit part # S64679, and is rated for used on the back of a flat-towed vehicle.
The E-Spec is the only option which meets all of the criteria so it is your best option.
