Curt Weight Distribution for 2006 Ford F-250 Towing Equipment Trailer

Question:

Hello, so my set up is an 06 F250 SD, with the Powerstroke Diesel. I just bought a 19 foot hydraulic assist tilt deck equipment trailer. 4 foot fixed deck for attachments, and 15 foot tilt deck. The trailer is rated at 14K GVW. Im not sure what the empty tongue weight is of the trailer, but the curb weight is right at 3500 lbs. I plan on hauling my skid steer, which weighs in between 8000, to 9000 pounds, depending on how much fuel, and the attachment that is currently attached. Would this system be a good match? I really like what I have read on your sight about this system, but being as how its fairly new, I just want an opinion. Or is there a better option?

Based on the weights you mentioned the Curt weight distribution system part # C17501 that you referenced would be a great choice as it has a tongue weight range of 1,000 to 1,500 lbs. This is a solid option that would work well for you so I would recommend it easily.
