7-Way Mounting Bracket for a 2012 Honda Pilot LX 4 Wheel Drive
Question:
The bumper seems has no support on the back and the outlet has to be mounted on the plastic cover of the bumper. The construction is very weak and it is very easy to brake the plastic of the bumper while connecting disconnecting the camper plug. Can you recommend a bracket that can be mounted to support the outlet? I have 2012 Honda Pilot LX 4wd.

What you may be able to do is relocate the 7-Way from the factory location and use bracket # 18138 instead. This bracket can attach under the vehicle somewhere and you can even use a no-drill bracket, # 18140 or # C57202 to attach the 7-Way bracket to.
Otherwise, you may be able to modify bracket 18138 and use it as support in the factory location. However, I have not heard of this being done so you will want to proceed with caution.
