Which converter will work for the 1998 T-100 that has separate brake and turn signal circuits. I need to combine for common brake/turn signal on trailers

The recommended taillight converter for the 1998 Toyota T100 pickup is the Tekonsha # 118496. The wiring harness plugs inline at the connection between the taillight assembly and the factory wiring harness, so it's a plug and play installation that's pretty simple with no cutting or splicing required.
Once that's installed, you can covert to a 7-way by adding # 37185 or # ETBC7 if you're wanting to install a brake controller like the Tekonsha Primus, part # TK90160.
