The Blue Ox Apollo Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount part # BX7470 is one heavy duty tow bar that is for sure. It is rated to haul vehicles up to 15,000 lbs. It also includes the safety chains you will need and has been designed to work on the Blue Ox base plate currently equipped. Of course this is designed for 2.5" hitches.
For your application use the Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar part # BX7420 this will work in the 2" hitch and has a 10,000 lb. capacity. It includes the safety chains and will attach to your base plate.
