I do have an alternative trunk bike rack that will fit your 2019 Audi SQ5, but the Thule Gateway Pro 3 Bike Rack # TH78VR won't work.

Instead I recommend the Yakima FullBack # Y02633 which is a comparable rack to the Gateway Pro 3. It can carry up to 3 bikes (35 lbs per bike or 90 for all 3 bikes), it is super easy to adjust, and it actually comes with bike and rack locks. I actually had the opportunity to install this on a 2020 Q7 and I've linked that review video for you to check out. You will need to install the upper straps in anchor mode which I cover in the video as well.

Please note that if any of your bikes doesn't have a horizontal top tube the you might need to use the adapter bar # Y02531 to help make sure that your bike sits level and has proper ground clearance.
