I have a few different options for you and it all depends on what you're wanting out of a trailer jack for your 2017 Forest River Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 2703WS.
The absolute best clearance you'll get is with the Trailer Valet JXC Trailer Jack w/ Footplate # TV94FR because it uses a hand crank, but then you can use your drill then you want it to operate faster. Using this means you don't have to make connections to your trailer battery plus you won't have the trailer jack motor hanging in the way. The only down-side to this jack is that if you don't already have a power drill or you don't normally choose one then you have to muscle up and get cranking.
For a trailer jack that relies on battery power we have the 3.5K # UF38-944017 or the 5.5K # UF38-944055. Both of these have smaller motors than other options plus they have offset mounting holes so that you can get your trailer jack in the best position possible. The 3.5K is a standard jack while the 5.5K is a higher end option that has a motor which sits higher and also comes with a remote for operation.
