Question:

Hello...wondering if you could advise an electric brake conversion kit from hydraulic for a 1972 vintage Boles Aero travel trailer. I have a picture of the axle/hub assembly than may be helpful. please provide an email and I will attach the picture. Thank you

You will have either 10 inch or 12 inch hubs which you can determine with a quick diameter measurement. That will dictate if you need the 10 inch electric brake assembly # AKEBRK-35-SA or the 12 inch assemblies # AKEBRK-7-SA. Then you will run # 10-1-1 wire to the brake assemblies from the front of the trailer near the coupler. I recommend the Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit w/ Junction Box and RV Style Connector # HS381-9000 to integrated it into the trailer connector wiring.

I've attached a help article to further assist as well. Your other option is to add an electric actuator for your hydraulic brakes which also gives you that electric control in a different way. I've also attached an article to assist with that option.
