What you have is a 10 x 2-1/4 inch brake assembly that's typically found on a 3500 lb capacity axle. We offer the # AKEBRK-35-SA from AxleTek or the # 23-468-469 from Dexter that would provide perfect replacements. I prefer the US manufactured Dexter product. These are self-adjusting brake assemblies. Once installed, you'd want to take them to a large empty parking lot and actuate the brakes at moderate speed about 25 times to get them initially adjusted. From that point on, they'll auto adjust.

A 3500 axle would typically use a L68149 inner and L44649 outer bearing and have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. If that's the case with what you're replacing, use # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K for EZ-Lube spindles or # 84546UC3 for standard spindles.

The hubs from either manufacturer include the bearings, races, grease seals, lug nuts and dust covers. The hardware for mounting the brake assemblies, part # BRKH10B is sold separately. Each set of hardware includes hardware for one axle.

The # AKEBRK-6R you'd looked at is a 12 inch brake assembly and wouldn't be compatible with hubs that would fit your spindles.
