Parts Needed to Flat Tow 2010 Chevy Tahoe with ReadyBrute Tow Bar

Im looking at the ReadyBrute to pull my 2010 Tahoe. Which clevises do you recommend? My Tahoe does not have a base-plate so this will be a fresh install.

Since we do not offer ReadyBrute tow bars, we don't have the clevises you're referring to that normally come with the tow bars, but I can recommend base plates and the other parts you'll need to complete your flat towing setup. The good news is that from what I was able to find out, the ReadyBrute is compatible with all of the major manufacturer's base plates- so you won't need any additional adapters outside of the clevises that are available from ReadyBrute.
For your base plates I recommend the Roadmaster Direct Connect Base Plate with Removable Arms # 3154-3 which will allow you to remove the arms when you're not flat towing, for a nice clean look on the front end when you're not towing the truck. There are a couple of other components you'll need to flat tow including lights, supplemental braking and a high/low adapter- the ReadyBrute tow bar does come with safety cables included, so you won't need to purchase those, but they're also an important component in your setup.
For lighting you can use the Roadmaster Flexo-coil # RM-15247 to allow your tow vehicle to work in conjunction with the lights on your RV. This kit comes with a coiled wiring connector to help ensure that the cable is not damaged by dragging on the ground during towing, and the diodes help keep the vehicles from any electrical damage that might occur with backfeeding.
You can consult your local laws, but most states require supplemental braking in the vehicle being flat towed. The easiest system to set up and use is the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR, that applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both your RV and your Tahoe.
Most likely you will also need a high low adapter so that the tow bar will be level when you are flat towing. I attached a link to a page that has all of the ones we carry and how exactly to measure to find the correct one for your setup.
