Will a Ventline Ventadome with Fan Work Better To Pull Hot Air Out of Trailer Than Unit Without Fan
Question:
Im having a new lawn maintenance enclosed trailer built by Haulmark and was curious how well the powered fans work keeping heat out of the trailer vs regular vents. There is 3 roof vents going to be installed. Could all 3 have fans and be running majority of the day or would this drain vehicle battery while the truck sits while properties are being servcied

Expert Reply:
The Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent with 12V Fan part # V2119-3-533 will do an excellent job of helping pull hot air of an an enclosed trailer when compared to the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent part # V2092SP-29. In regards to power consumption, you'd need to install an auxiliary battery in order to power the fans throughout the day.
