Parts Needed to Replace 12 x 2-1/2 Inch Rollers on Boat Trailer

Question:

Hello, I am looking at replacing the side guide rollers on my trailer. The current rollers are 12x 2-1/2inch w/ 1/2inch Shaft. I found the correct replacement roller on your site from Yates along with a top cap but I cannot find the right length roller shaft. You offer a 12-3/4 x 1/2inch shaft but it is specified for a 10inch roller. You also have a long shaft option but it has a 5/8inch diameter shaft which is also a no go for what I am looking for. I guess my question is, do you have the right shaft to go with the 12X 1/2inch roller guide and top cap you offer on your site? I was also looking at u-bolts for bunk board replacement brackets and see that you offer a set of four, the nuts and washers are pictured but not really listed as coming with the bolts do they actually come with the bolts or do they need to be ordered separately? Thanks for taking the time to read through this.

You may be able to use the 12-3/4" x 1/2" Roller Shaft with Pal Nuts # CE10705A with the Yates Side Guide Roller 12" Long - 1/2" Shaft # YR12243-4P, but it won't give you much space to work with.

A better option is to use the Yates Side Guide Roller 12" Long # YR12243-5 instead, which uses a 5/8" shaft, along with bracket # 408300, shaft and pal nuts # CE10727A. We don't carry a 1/2" shaft kit that is longer than 12-3/4".

The CE Smith U-Bolt Kit # CE15283GA-4, that you were looking at, do indeed include the necessary mounting hardware (nuts and washers), as shown in the attached photo.
