How To Use Roadmaster Nighthawk Tow Bar On a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox

I have a Roadmaster Nighthawk 676 tow bar. I want to order a RM 523193 base plate. My question is all Nighthawk tow bars the same size? Also with exception of the brake unit what else do I need to complete the job,wiring, battery charging ect.? Thank You

In order to use the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar part # RM-676 on a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox you'd indeed need the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM-523193-5 which is an exact fit. I am not sure what you mean by size but the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit works with all Roadmaster tow bars that slide into a trailer hitch. In order to complete your setup you'll only need the Roadmaster Smart Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Wiring Kit part # RM26FR (Non-Premier) or part # RM-15267 (Premier) if you don't go with a supplemental braking system, that's it, no battery charge line is needed.
