Do I Need An Adapter for the Titan BrakeRite II w/ 2013 Ford F-150 and Factory Integrated Controller

One of the most important considerations here is what type of brakes your trailer currently has, since disc brakes and drum brakes require different pressures to activate. The good news is that your 2013 Ford F-150 can use the Titan BrakeRite SD Adapter # T4845900 with the Titan BrakeRite II # T4835700 and make it compatible with the factory brake controller.
If you have disc brakes, the BrakeRite II will work perfectly since it supplies 1600psi of pressure. If you've got drum brakes on your trailer you'll want to use the Titan Pressure Reducer # T4844100 to make this actuator work with drum brakes and not damage them. I should note that you would still need the adapter with drum brakes, as well.
I've linked the installation video of the adapter and EOH actuator for you to have a look at, as well.
