The best suspension enhancement option we offer for a lowered 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 is the TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade part # TLA7310S. The StableLoads are a direct bolt-on upgrade that can be adjusted and will work well to provide support while towing or hauling. The StableLoads installs under the lower overload leaf springs so there won't be an issue with any lowering components such as drop shackles.

There are unfortunately no air bags that will work with the drop shackles or any lowering components for that matter.
