The AirLift 1000HD Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs part # AL60828HD for 2019 Ram 1500 are designed with Schrader valves for manual inflation with a portable air compressor or an air compressor pump.
The easiest way and most convenient way to add air pressure to the system is to add an air compressor system to the truck. I recommend to use Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs part # AL74000EZ. The installation of the WirelessAir is easier compared to the other options because you won't need to run air lines to the cab since you utilize the wireless remote or your smart phone to adjust the air bags with of an in-cab analog display. It also installs with a simple metal plate and U-bolts to the frame without drilling. There is also a built-in digital air pressure gauges allow you to monitor each spring on your vehicle, when the bags fall below a safe amount of pressure the system will restore pressure. This feature really helps to avoid air bag failure.
If you prefer a more basic cost effective compressor, I recommend Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs part # AL25854 which does require extending air lines to the cab for the gauge display. This model does not come with a remote but still feature the air pressure sensor like the WirelessAir.
