Will part # 325-GH-8045 work with the 2016 Nissan Titan xd with puck system.?

As long as your 2016 Nissan Titan xD has a 2-5/16" gooseneck ball, the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter Pin Box # 325-GH-8045 will connect to the ball without issue.
The Gen-Y # 325-GH-8045 is designed to replace Lippert 1621 and 1621HD pin boxes, so you will want to make sure that your current pin box is one of those models to ensure this will work as a replacement for that, as well. If your pin box does not have any identifying markers on it, such as a spec sticker, you can take some measurements to make sure this pin box replacement will work.
