If you're going to use the Timbren Axle-less Suspension System 5200-lbs with brake flanges installed, like the 2" lift model # TASR5200S05 or 4" lift # TASR5200S03 , those are compatible with the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5.2K and 6K E-Z Lube Axles - 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K since they have compatible inner/outer bearings, races and grease seals. However, the # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K are not compatible with the Timbren Axle-less Suspension # ASR5200S01 because the spindle on this Timbren axle uses a # 14125A outer bearing.

Since it looks like you need a hub with a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern, you would want to go with one of the Timbren systems with the lift and brake flange already mounted, since there are no 6 on 5-1/2 hubs that use the # 14125A outer bearing.

If you're also looking for a brake assembly for these hubs, I recommend using the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Brakes # 23-458-459 because they're self adjusting and will always provide the maximum braking efficiency. These do not come with the mounting bolts/hardware kit, but you can get those with # BRKH12.

I've linked some of the review and installation videos for these parts to this answer, as well.
