We do not have a direct replacement that offers that type of bolt pattern. The bolt on variety commonly used is the 4" by 4".
We do offer Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack, Wide 8" Wheel part # F1413040134 this one can be used on your application with a 1/2" spacer added below the frame of the trailer to take up the gap.
