Can I Use Airbag on a 2020 Ford F-250 2WD with the Factory Prep Package

I have a 2020 Ford F-250 with the ultimate towing kit that includes the puck system. What air bags will work?

The only airbag kit we have that will fit your 2020 Ford F-250 is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57391 for standard or part # AL88391 for ultimate. The ultimate version has an internal jounce spring which lets you temporarily carry a load with zero air pressure in your springs.
The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F95FV will not work for you because the airbag installs on the outside of the frame rail which is currently occupied by the factory prep package on your F-250. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs installs under the frame rail so there is no interference with the factory prep package.
The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs have a weight capacity of 5,000 lbs. However, what most do not realize is that this corresponds to pin weight, not gross trailer weight. The only part of the trailer that rests above the airbags is the tongue so that is all they need to be rated for.
