I have a westin brush guard what brakets do I need for it to mount to my 1999 f250 super duty 5.4l

Thank you for the photo! I can see what you have there is a Westin HDX Grille Guard. Unfortunately, Westin only made the HDX series to fit 2008 and up Fords, which means there isn't a mounting bracket/hardware kit that will allow you to install this particular one on your 1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty.
If you can find out what kind of truck it came from, your best option is to use that information to sell it and purchase one made specifically for your truck, like the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 40-1645 (black) or # 40-1645 (stainless steel). Either of these options will include all the necessary hardware and mounting brackets to install them on your F-250.
The Replacement Mounting Brackets and Hardware # 57-2295 that you were looking at, are for the Westin HDX Grille Guard model # 57-2290 and # 57-2295 on a 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 (new body only) and 2008-2013 GMC Sierra 1500, so it will not work for you.
