Sounds like you are looking for something like the Furrion Replacement RV power inlet part # F30ITSSS which uses a ring lock and is also made of stainless steel.

The Furrion Power Inlet #F30ITSSS that you referenced is designed to fit in a hole that is 2-1/2 inches in diameter.
