Could Trailer Brake Actuator # T63FR be Used with Disc Brakes

Can this actuator be used with disc brakes?

The reason there are surge couplers made for drum and disc brake applications is because the two different brake systems require different pressure ratings to function. Drum brakes typically need 1,200 psi and disc require 1,600. The part # T63FR can only be used with drum brakes.
For a disc brake actuator similar that has same ball size and weight capacity you'd want the part # 099-175-20.
