I need to know which harness to purchase to connect a Prodigy P3 to a 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro. I believe it is part # 3031-P

You are correct, the right brake controller harness for the 2020 Toyota Tacoma is indeed the # 3031-P. The harness plugs into the white connector located behind the driver's side kick panel. I've provided a photo showing where the connector is located.
