I’m planning on using this roof rack to transport a ladder. What accessories will fit the Malone airflow 2 for this application?

The Rhino Rack Load Stops part # RRRLH2 fit the Malone AirFlow2 crossbars like the part # MPG216 that you referenced. Using these with some straps like the Rhino-Rack Cam Buckle Cinch Straps # RRRTD35P would be a really solid choice to carry the ladder.

It is up to you if you wanted to cut these Malone bars #MPG216. What I would suggest is getting the 50 inch version #MPG215 so you don't have to cut anything.
